The trio of roguish street rascals the ‘Bourbon Street Beat’ who’ve previously been compared to The Kings of Leon’s, latest gig at the Nostalgic Castle in Oldham went down a treat. Since forming in early 2010 the 3 piece Rock'n' Roll band have been gigging around the Manchester/Greater Manchester venues gaining a high interest and decent following. With their bluesy and rock sound, frontman Iain Hammond belted out ‘The Gambler’ for their opening track. It wasn’t long until the room was full of people jamming and appreciating this contemporary twist to country/indie sound.
